Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon is the latest Disney darling to find herself the victim of a racy photo scandal.

Partially nude photos of the singer have been leaked online.

According to Bailon’s rep, Jonathan Jason, the photos were stolen from Bailon’s personal computer, so she has now initiated a lawsuit against whomever is responsible, tmz.com reports.

“Adrienne will be pursuing legal action against the person sending these private photos out,” Jason said in a statement.

In the images, Bailon, 25, is seen wearing a bra and nothing else. In another leaked photo the actress can be seen posing to show her backside.

The pictures were taken as an anniversary present for Bailon’s boyfriend, Robert Kardashian (brother of reality-TV star Kim Kardashian).

Bailon says she is “deeply sorry” to fans.

It is not the first time that a star of Disney is caught in a controversy. Both Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus were involved in racy photo scandals in the past.

The Cheetah Girls are scheduled to perform Friday at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Photos of her wearing nothing but a bra have surfaced on the Internet. This is a very serious issue because Adrienne Bailon is supposed to be a role model for young girls.

Apparently, the racy photographs were on her laptop which was stolen. Adrienne was contacted by an anonymous caller who stated that for a thousand dollars she could have her laptop returned to her. The laptop was returned but the photographs had been removed. Now, Adrienne Bailon is determined to file a lawsuit against the person or people who put her photographs on the Internet without her permission.

This is a very serious issue. In today’s society people think that they can commit crimes against celebrities in order to make a quick buck. Many celebrities have had their personal photos leaked without their knowledge. Celebrities deserve the right to privacy and they deserve the right to have their items not be stolen from them. We need to respect celebrities; they are people just like us. Would we want racy photographs of ourselves leaked on the Internet? The answer is no, we would not want our private pictures on public display. Everyone needs to think about what they are doing before they invade someone’s privacy. It is very important to respect everyone, including celebrities. A person may be famous but that does not mean that they do not have the right to privacy that all of us have.
